Rated 4 out of 5 by Speakerking from Great Nice pair of headphones ,look great sound great they work good on phone calls and while watching movies .I also like that I can pair my phone and tablet at the same time ,that mean if I'm listening to music on my tablet and my phone ring the music will stop and I can answer the phone .I had headphone that if I was listening to music on my tablet and my phone ring I could not hear it because I was listening to music at a high volume ,this was a great feature .also they do a pretty good job of blocking out sound when u put them on even though they are not noice canceling. They are pretty good for a entry level headphone

Rated 5 out of 5 by Capt T from Easy and quick connection. Over the last few years I have purchased a couple of different wireless headsets. None really performed well. Noisy (poor) connection. Poor battery life. Uncomfortable. The JBL Everest 310 headset seems to have solved all of these issues. The connection is quick easy and clear and they are very comfortable for hours. Quick to recharge and 20 hours of battery life. The ability to fold and store them in their own bag is definitely an added benefit. And of course the JBL Harman sound quality is excellent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AZmille from Great office headphones These headphones have been the a great addition to my office bag. I have been taking these to work. They allow me to charge my iPhone 7 while listening to podcasts or Pandora. Prior to these headphones I would have to endure the white noise of the office. With these Everest 310 headphones I get to listen to tune out the the noise that comes from working in a cubical with low walls. Pairing these headphones was easier than prior Bluetooth speakers. They feel durable in your hands and power off with inactivity. I thought it was a nice touch to receive the power off notification when I had closed out of Pandora minutes earlier. Rated 5 out of 5 by heymeliss90 from THERE SHOULD BE MORE HYPE ABOUT THESE HEADPHONES!! I am so impressed with the JBL Everest 310 wireless headphones! I am a music producer and have been looking for a nice pair of headphones for awhile. I was going back and forth between Sennheiser and Sony when i stumbled upon the JBL display in the store and tried these out. I was immediately impressed with the crystal clear sound quality and comfort. They're not too bass heavy like the sony's and sound great with mids and highs too. The ear piece is comfortable for extended periods of time and the plastic headband feels sturdy and not too tight. They are super easy to connect and also come with the headphone cable if you choose to listen not wirelessly. Controls on the right earpiece are also super easy to use. Overall i am super impressed with this set and there needs to be more talk about these headphones!

Rated 5 out of 5 by TootsMatt from Impressive Headphones I got them a couple weeks ago and I was surprised at how comfortable they were. Plus the controls on the headphones are much easier to use than the 300 Everest. And the sound is what you'd expect from JBL - top quality. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

There are no instructions, online or in the box, on how to connect the Everest 310's mic to a Windows 10 computer for use to record or chat via FB. Where can I find the instructions?
There's no need for instructions. Once you connect the bluetooth or Aux cable to your PC, you should be able to utilize the mic. You may need to check on your audio settings to activate the mic on your windows PC.

I can listen to recordings through my bluetooth connection using a Windows 10 platform. How do I record voice in Windows, using the Everest 310 and a Bluetooth connection?
Unfortunately, the microphone for our JBL EVEREST™ 310, and for most of our Bluetooth headphones with microphones, is only for phone calls. It does not have the capability to do voice recordings though a Windows application. It is not like for computer headsets wherein it is supported by the built-in drivers in the Windows OS, including its microphone.

Would it be possible to connect 2 pairs simultaneously to a Samsung UN65MU8500 television?
The Everest 310 has a ShareMe button, which is marked with an S in a circle. Click it briefly. Do not keep the button pressed. It may go wrong if not done correctly. Please make sure that you have the second Everest 310 turned off. Then, press AND HOLD the on/off button for about 15 seconds. The LED must switch to white/red blinking to indicate that it is actually in BT pairing mode. Now simply wait until the two headphones have communicated with each other, and established the BT connection. The white led below the S buttons will light constantly on both headphones when the ShareMe connection is ready. Now you can begin music play on the source, and both headphones will play.
